Who we are

This website is run by Accelerating Performance Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12224907, registered office Inverforth House, North End Way, London NW3 7EU. For anything about your personal information, write to [email protected].

When you contact us

The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything to us or store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with your message ready to send. If you email us, we use what you send to reply and to work with you, and we keep it only as long as we need it for that.

Visitor statistics without cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites.

Google Analytics, only if you accept

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: how visitors arrive, which pages and papers they read, and how long they stay. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to 13 months. Google processes this information for us and may do so outside the UK. Advertising features are switched off. If you click Decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not run.

Videos

The Watch page shows a still image for each video. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. From then on, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Think it through

The Think it through page sends what you type to Anthropic, the company behind the Claude AI model, so that it can reply. We do not store the conversation; it stays in your browser. Please do not enter names of people or companies, or confidential figures.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
